Engineering College convocation 2k16
It is my pleasure to inform that JCDM College of Engineering is holding the 3rd Convocation 2K16 on 11th April 2016. Hon’ble Prof. Dr. R.K Kohli, Vice-Chancellor, Central University Punjab, Bathinda has consented to be the Chief Guest and Mr. Dushyant Chautala, Member Parliament, Hisar will preside over the function. I will be happy if you attend the 3rd Convocation and receive the degree in person from the Chief Guest.
You are however, required to report at JCDM College of Engineering on 10th April, 2016 afternoon (3.00p.m.) for completing various formalities and for rehearsal. Board of Governors, JCDM COE desires that pass out students will not be allowed to attend the convocation without proper rehearsal scheduled on 10th April, 2016 at 3.30 p.m.
In case required, the institute will provide arrangement for your boarding and lodging as per rules of institute. You are also required to deposit Rs. 150/- as security on reporting. The balance amount after deduction of robes charges etc. will be refunded.
