Industrial Visit/Tour of Engineering College

A team of 35 students of BTech of JCDM College of Engineering returned from the academic tour of “Allain Duhangan Hydro Power Plant Project (ADHP)” at Prini Village, Manali along with Solang valley. This team was led by Er. Vikram Dhillon, H.O.D, Civil Engg. & Er. Ganga Singh, A.P. Mech. Engg. This tour was organized by the management of JCD Vidhyapeeth to experience the culture, beauty and peace of these Hill Stations and get information regarding the working environment of the power plant.

Students returned from this tour told that the morning & evening hours at the hill station was very pleasant. On this occasion, Principal of JCDM College of Engg., Dr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta mentioned that the college has been organizing such educational tours from time to time to enhance the practical knowledge of students.

Dr. Shamim Sharma, Managing Director, JCD Vidhyapeeth welcomed and gave her blessings to returned students and said that our objective was to increase the practical knowledge of students and feel the healthy environment of Hills.
